  • We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. There will be a 100% cancellation fee for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.


  • We are located in a historic building, which means wheelchair access is limited. However, we are committed to accommodating all our guests’ needs and are happy to offer alternative options. Please contact us to discuss the services available. Thank you!

  • Salon ALO aims to provide a relaxing environment for all our guests. To maintain this atmosphere and because space is limited, we kindly ask that you only bring additional people and children to the salon if they are also receiving a service.
